Jenny Craig ~ Meals for Monday

 I just got back from a trip, and I went off my diet, so today I am home and back on my Jenny Craig plan.  

This is what I ate today...


Breakfast: JC Farmhouse Breakfast Bowl which is eggs, potatoes, and a little bit of sausage. 1 cups of cherries, and an anytime bar which is a little chocolate and peanut butter bar with a glass of 2% milk


Lunch: JC Chicken Burrito, 1 cup of baby carrots, light lite house ranch, and a 1/2 cup of Bolthouse green smoothie (I would have had more, but I ran out). 

Around 3 pm I got really hungry, and I wasn't at home. I was visiting my mom. She lives in a nursing home because she has alzheimer's/dementia. I should have brought a Jenny Craig snack, but I didn't think about it. Instead, I got a bag of chips and a soda from the vending machine. I didn't take a picture of it.


Dinner: JC Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Potato, and 3 cups of green beans. I put regular butter on it and salt.


Nightime Snack: JC Chocolate Cake and a cup of 2% milk.

I liked all my meals I had today. I didn't exercise. I'm just going to focus on eating healthy and writing down everything I eat before I add in a new habit. I'm going to be slow with exercise because swim aerobics 3 times a week for an hour each time, was too much for me. 

I found this cool wellness planner on etsy I printed out tonight. It has a bunch of pages. I will show you a few.




I bought it from KellyONeillDesigns on etsy. It was $5.99. Hopefully, it will help me with losing weight.

Pictures of the Fair and my Jenny Craig Dinner

 I keep forgetting to take pictures of what I'm eating. Last night I took a picture of my dinner. 


I had Jenny Craig Spaghetti and Meatballs with cheese sprinkled on top, and steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots with cheese sprinkled on top of that. It was so good! I also had Jenny Craig for breakfast, but for lunch I ate at the fair. 


I didn't take any pictures of what I ate. I ate a corn dog, curly fries, and an elephant ear. I felt like I had over indulged. I think I would have been happy if I had only gotten an elephant ear. 

Last week I swam 3 times, for an hour each is the class. I am so sore! 

I plan on taking more pictures of my Jenny Craig meals and posting them here. Thank you for reading my post. I hope you have a good weekend!

Starting New Diet & Exercise Program

 


I am doing Jenny Craig now. And I will see how it goes. I'm trying it out for a month, and see how I do. See if I can do the program and lose weight. I have done Jenny Craig off and on for many years. It is the only thing that seems to be what I can do to help me lose weight. It just works the best for me. 

And for exercise I am going to do swim aerobics three times a week. If there is a time, I don't want to do that I will go for a walk. If the weather is bad outside, I will do a Sharona's Hill walking video on Youtube. 

I thought it might be fun to take pictures of what I eat on Jenny Craig, and post it on my blog. Tomorrow I am going to the fair, so I won't be posting everything Jenny tomorrow. I am allowing myself to go off my diet since it's not everyday I get to go to the fair. Maybe I will post fair food plus Jenny food tomorrow.
