Fall Makeup Looks Part 4

I am still doing the fall looks! I don't remember how much I did last year. I went and looked, and I only had 3 parts. I'm going to have a lot this year. I want to try out fall looks until December. I don't remember liking the Holiday looks that much. Usually, the looks are supposed to be for parties and it's a little too much makeup for the day time. Also, people like to use a lot of glitter and bright red lips. I might do a series on my Stila In the Garden Palette instead. There are a lot of new palettes that come out during the holidays, so I may do blog posts on duping the new palettes. I love finding makeup looks on Youtube that I like and then duping them and writing blog posts on them. I don't know if people like reading them, as much as I like doing the whole process. It's nice to know that you can find cheaper alternatives to expensive things.

These are the products I used for a lot of the looks. My skin is combination.

Concealer: Maybelline Dream Lumi Touch Highlighting Concealer in Radiant (under eyes)
Bronzer: Maybelline Dream Sun Bronzing Powder in Matte Light, NYC Bronzer in Sunny
Eye Shadow Primer: Milani Eyeshadow Primer
Mascara: Benefit They're Real! Mascara (top lashes), Maybelline Lash Discovery Mini-Brush Waterproof in Very Black (bottom lashes)
Black Eye Liner: Milani Liquif'eye Metallic Eye Liner Pencil in Black
Black Liquid Liner: Jordana Incolor Fabuliner Liquid Eye Liner in Black
Face Primer: Pixi Flawless & Poreless Face Primer in Translucent
Foundation: Revlon Colorstay Foundation for Normal/Dry Skin in Ivory
Powder: Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in Translucent
Brown Eye Liner: Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal in Brown
Brown Liquid Liner: Jordana Incolor Fabuliner Liquid Eye Liner in Brown
Brown Gel Liner: Maybelline Eye Studio Gel Liner in Brown

These are the 10 Fall Makeup Looks that I found for this post. I have tried them and I recommend them. I include my thoughts I had for that particular look at the bottom. I share the problems I had, and the things I liked. I also try to include a description of what the overall look looks like.

1. Fall Makeup Tutorial: Cranberry Eyes, Nude Lips by KandiceXOX1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a0woqW8FHv4
a. MAC Painterly Paint Pot: Revlon Illuminance Cream Shadows in Not Just Nudes, 1st color

n. Powder
o. Bronzer, forehead, hollows of cheeks
p. Milani Baked Blush in Luminoso
q. MAC Lip Liner in Soar, fill in lips: L'Oreal Paris Colour Rich Lip Liner in All About Pink
r. NYX Matte Lipstick in Nude: Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Matte 013 Smoked Peach
s. MAC Lip Gloss in Patience Please: NYX Lip Gloss in Pink Frost
My Thoughts: This is a really beautiful look. This is one of my favorite fall looks I've tried so far. The eyes are cranberry and I would say the cheeks and lips are peach. The Pink Frost lip gloss makes your lips look frosty. It's a new look for me, but I like it. I feel like I'm from the 60's or something! Also, if you do a wing, you will feel very retro. I found a great video on how to do winged eyeliner for hooded eyes. It has taught me a lot, and I think I'm better at it. I know how often I complained about being bad at it. It's called, "Winged Liner for Hooded Eyes!" by Melissa Raymond: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2lUQv_i_spE.

2. Gold & Green Fall Smokey Eye Tutorial by Julie Olsen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKJhKlpOsSY
a. MAC Painterly Paint Pot: Revlon Illuminance Cream Eye Shadows in Not Just Nudes, 1st color
b. Maybelline Eye Studio in Desert Fantasy, 1st color, inner half of lid, tear duct, inner lower lash line
c. Same Palette, 2nd color, middle of lid, on top and next to first shade, middle of lower lash line
d. Same Palette, 3rd color, outer part of eye, overlapping middle color, up into crease a little bit, outer part of lower lash line
e. Same Palette, 3rd color, outer part of eye, fluffy brush, circular motions
f. Same Palette, 4th color, outer part of eye, take it into the crease
g. Same Palette, 3rd color, pat it back on the lid
h. Same Palette, 1st color, front part of the crease
i. MAC Mylar, under brow: Wet 'n Wild Brûlée
j. You can use brown or black liquid liner, top lash line, wing
k. Brown Eye Liner in waterline, tightline
l. Mascara
m. Foundation

p. Hard Candy So Baked Bronzer in Tiki, top of cheekbones
q. Revlon Lip Butter in Creme Brûlée
r. MAC Dazzleglass in Get Rich Quick: Revlon Lip Gloss in Rose Gold
s. Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray
My Thoughts: This look is really pretty. It is true there is a lot of gold and green with gold sparkles on the eye. The cheeks are a natural looking mauve, and the lips are rose gold. The colors all come together really well. It has all the Autumnal shades that I like so much. I did the wing a little dramatic, but I think it makes my eyes stand out. I still feel uncomfortable doing the wing. I swear it's like I'm performing eye surgery! xD

3. Gold & Brown Fall Eyeshadow Tutorial by Julie Olsen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LnJBXd6RvLY

i. She used BH Cosmetics Eyeshadows, under brow: Wet 'n Wild Brûlée
j. MAC Soft Brown, above crease where there is brown: 2nd shade in Maybelline Sunbaked Neutrals
k. Coral Oasis, coral color, middle of lower lash line
l. Black Liquid Liner, top lash line, wing
m. Brown Eye Liner, waterline, tightline
n. Mascara
o. Foundation
p. Powder
q. Tarte Exposed Blush: Rimmel Mauve Cool
r. Hard Candy So Baked Bronzer in Tiki, highlight top of cheekbones
s. Concealer
t. Maybelline Baby Lips Electric Colors in Oh! Orange!
u. Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray
My Thoughts: The coral from the Elf Clutch isn't as pigmented as Maybelline's Coral Oasis. I want to get that palette. It's in the permanent line. The eyes remind me of the previous look. The colors are fall inspired on the eyes. The blush is a natural mauve, and the lips are a lip balm tinted orange. It actually smells like orange! It's really pretty. I love Baby Lips!

n. Urban Decay Lip Gloss that comes with the Naked 2 Palette, Urban Decay Lip Junkie Lip Gloss in Naked: NYX Mega Shine Lip Gloss in Nude Peach

My Thoughts: The eyes, lips, and cheeks are peach. That sounds like it would look weird, but it doesn't because there is gray and black to line the eyes.

6. Marc Jacobs FALL Eye by Samantha Schuerman http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nbk6mO-w5ZI
a. Eye Primer
b. Smashbox Fade to Black in Black Gold, lid, blend it out with finger, outer half of lower lash line, smudge it out: She is using a pencil. I duped the color with an eye shadow. I used Milani Runway Eyes Eyeshadow in Antigua.
c. Marc Jacobs Style Eye-Con No.7 Plush Shadow "The Starlet", brown, lid: I mixed the crease color from Wet 'n Wild Walking On Eggshells with the right color from L'Oreal Hip Duo in Dynamic.
d. Same Palette, orange, crease: Wet 'n Wild Sparkle 'Til Morning, 6th shade
e. Same Palette, yellow, inner corner, lower lash line: Urban Decay Ammo Shadowbox in Maui Wowie
f. Same Palette, color next to brown, inner corner, under brow: Urban Decay Mariposa in Skimp
g. Same Palette, brown, upper lash line: I skipped.
h. Black Eye Liner, outer half of waterline, tight line, outer upper lash line
i. Same Palette, brown, go over black liner on top lash line
j. Mascara
k. Urban Decay Lip Liner in Naked: Boots No.7 Lip Liner in Nude
l. Pixi Tinted Brilliance Lip Balm in Nearly Naked: Jordana Twist & Shine Moisturizing Balm Stain in Honey Love
m. Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector in 01 Rose: Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss in Pinkissimo
n. BH Cosmetics Rose Blush, both colors: Milani Baked Blush in Luminoso
My Thoughts: I don't understand why she puts the brown on the upper lash line, when we already put it on the eyelid, and she's going to put a liner on the upper lash line anyway. I skipped that part. I will go over the black liner with the brown. I like the eyes. They are dark and smokey with fall colors. The Maui Wowie and the Sparkle 'Til Morning shades give it a sparkle. It's not too sparkly. It just looks pretty. This is my first time using Jordana's Twist & Shine Moisturizing Balm Stain, and I really like it. It feels really good on the lips. The Honey Love color looks natural. The cheeks are peachy. The lips are a medium-dark, neutral and glossy look.

7. Get Ready With Me - Fall Edition by Carah Amelie http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5bpZvnEusbs
a. Moisturizer
b. Foundation

h. MAC Embark, outer v, crease: Wet 'n Wild Vanity, 3rd color
i. MAC Dazzlelight, browbone, inner corner: lightest color in Maybelline Enchanted Forest
j. MAC Embark, lower lash line
k. Black Liquid Liner, top lash line, wing
l. Mascara
m. Revlon Lip Butter in Pink Truffle
n. Revlon Colorstay Lip Gloss in Berry Allure: Bare Minerals Marvelous Moxie in Dare Devil
My Thoughts: This is really easy to do. It has brown and gold on the eyes, the cheeks are mauve, and the lips are a glossy mauve/berry. It's really pretty. I didn't do the wing. I'm getting tired of doing the wing. I think I look better without it.

8. Maybelline's Violet Femmes Tutorial! by AllThatFresh http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RS58JJCxwbE

h. L'Oreal Infallible Eye Shadow in Endless Pearl, browbone: Wet 'n Wild Brûlée
i. Brown Liquid Liner, wing upper lash line
j. Mascara
k. She doesn't say what she wore for blush and lipstick. They both look pink. I used Physicians Formula Happy Booster Blush in Pink and Revlon Lipstick in Pink in the Afternoon.
My Thoughts: The eyes are dark purple, and smokey. The cheeks and lips are pink. I tried to do a wing. I tried to make them even, but they aren't. Last night I watched a Youtube video by TheCurrentCustom and she has really beautiful winged eyeliner. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9gOErt0fMl4. I also really like how the Victoria Secret models do they're winged liner. I think it looks really good if it is done right. Be careful not to get the crease color too close to the inner eye because when the area is lighter in the inner part it opens up your eye more. It looks better that way, at least on my eye shape. I have almond eyes, and they are hooded. I had to go back a lot with this look and take makeup remover and do the wing over. I also removed the eye shadow that was in the inner crease. This look was hard for me. I actually got complimented this day at work on my eyeliner!

9. Maybelline's Fall Temptation Tutorial! by AllThatFresh http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UzFaQOTUBp0
a. Eye Primer, and on the lower lash line
b. Maybelline Eye Studio in Fall Temptation, 3rd color, crease
c. Same Palette, 4th color, outer v, crease, lower lash line
d. Same Palette, 2nd color, middle of eyelid
e. Same Palette, 1st color, inner eyelid, tear duct
f. Blend it out.
g. L'Oreal Infallible Eye Shadow in Endless Pearl, browbone: Wet 'n Wild Brûlée
h. Brown Gel Eye Liner, upper lash line
i. Mascara
j. She doesn't say what she wore for blush and lipstick. She the above tutorial.
My Thoughts: This should have been easy, but maybe I'm in a bad makeup mood. I found it hard to blend out the shadows in the crease. I don't know if it was the shadows or the primer, or maybe my brushes don't work well. It might be that I'm being overly negative. I watched the video as I did this because I was having issues and AllThatFresh doesn't seem to have any problem applying the makeup, and blending things out. I don't know what the problem is. Maybe I used too much product. I like the makeup colors, I just don't like how I did the crease. I used makeup remover to remove the part that was toward the inner eye, and now it looks weird. I'm not going to worry about it. The palette is beautiful. I used the same blush and lipstick as I used in the tutorial above this one. Pink in the Afternoon is a pink with a yellow undertone, so it looks pretty on my warm coloring. I think I've said it before, but it is one of my favorite lipsticks.

10. Get Ready With Me: Fall Edition! by AllThatFresh http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E1i9bzHArT8
a. Moisturizer
b. Face Primer
c. Foundation
d. Concealer
e. Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray
f. Powder
g. Bronzer, hollows of cheeks, temples, jawline
h. Covergirl Cheekers Blush in True Plum
i. Eye Primer, lower lash line
j. NYX Caviar and Bubbles, mix of deep brown, light brown, light taupey gray color, crease: Covergirl Tapestry Taupe
k. Wet 'n Wild Cool as a Cucumber, eyelid color, put in the crease, outer corner
l. Blend it out.
m. Same Palette, browbone shade, put on the eyelid
n. Same Palette, eyelid shade, put on the lower lash line
o. L'Oreal Infallible Eye Shadow in Endless Pearl, browbone, inner corner: Wet 'n Wild Brûlée
p. Brown Liquid Liner, little wing
q. Mascara
r. Lip Balm
s. L'Oreal Fairest Nude
t. Flower Beauty lg3 Lovely Lotus: Clear gloss would do.
My Thoughts: I skipped doing the wing because I don't like the way it looks on me. I may not be doing it right. I didn't need to put a clear gloss on because the balm made my lips shiny. I used Maybelline Baby Lips in Quenched. I like how this tutorial is using really inexpensive products. The eyes are green, the cheeks are plum, and the lips are a glossy nude. It's a pretty look.

I hope you liked these looks! I still have more fall tutorials to come!
